Rules and Useful Information

What you need to know

1. Mookiland Family Park is opened every day from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.
2. In the event of light rain, the park provides a semi-covered area spanning over 500m2.
3. Anyone wishing to enter the park must pay an entrance fee and will gain access to the attractions. Both children and adults can have fun together, and typically, children thoroughly enjoy it.
4. A restaurant awaits you within the park. Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the park (1 bottle of Mineral Water 600ml per person, baby food jars and baby milk bottles are allowed).
5. Our 1,200 sqm parking area is available for your use. Please avoid leaving any personal items, as the management is not responsible for any losses.
6. Please read the safety instructions before each game.

Some Rules in the Park

1. The admission price is for one-time entrance only - all exits are final.
2. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+). For children 10 and older, please ensure they can reach you in case of any issue. Parents remain responsible for their children's behavior and safety.
3. Most attractions in the park are freely accessible without surveillance. Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times. Play at your own risk.
4. We strongly advise children and adults to wear socks and a long-sleeved T-shirt for hygienic and safety reasons, especially inside the inflatables.
5. You must remove your shoes before entering the inflatables.
6. Shoes are permitted in the synthetic grass area. However, you are welcome to remove them if you prefer.
7. No food or beverages are allowed inside the attractions.
8. Please keep track of your belongings; the management is not responsible for any losses.
9. Some inflatables/attractions might be closed at certain times of the day due to technical or weather-related reasons.
10. Fighting or rough playing is not allowed. Any individuals found violating this rule will be asked to leave the play park immediately.
11. No refunds will be provided at any time, including in the event of bad weather.
12. Please note that owning a pass does not guarantee access to the park at all times. The management reserves the right to deny access to the park to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: reaching maximum capacity, adverse weather conditions, maintenance, special events, park closure, etc.
13. Visitors understand and agree that during their visit, they may be photographed or video recorded. The content may be used later for purposes including, but not limited to, Mookiland's media campaigns and promotional materials.
14. Pets are not permitted.
15. Smoking is only permitted within 3 meters of the restaurant, inside the restaurant itself, and in the parking area. Except for these designated areas, smoking is prohibited inside Mookiland Family Park.
